If you would like to receive a copy of the data we keep about you, or if you would like us to delete the data we keep about you, please make your application in writing to Imran Momaniat, info@abl-business.co.uk or to Imran Momaniat, ABL Business Ltd, 1c The Dyehouse, Dyehouse Drive, BD19 4TY.

In the request you must include, your name and address, email address, and what information you would like us to provide you with as well as in what form you would like to receive this information. It is your right to request any and all information regarding your data that doesn’t breach other data laws.

You can only request data regarding yourself, we hold the right to confirm your identity before processing your request and providing information to ensure your privacy is kept at all times.  If you are requesting data on behalf of another person we require the express permission of the subject to share their data with you and will need to confirm the identity of all parties involved.

Our GDPR policy complies with UK domestic law as of 1st January 2021. These policies will be reviewed and updated as and when required.
